Well, The Seahawks lost....no, they were raped. 20 to 42, yikes....I have to say, one would think that playing in a foot of snow isn't the fairest way to conduct a football game..especially since, say one of the teams probably plays in a foot of snow 73% of the time, while the other plays in an annoying, yet constant light drizzle.
Oh well, there's always next year right?
Even though we aren't going to the Superbowl, Lily loves her team either way...
(Lily says: "Go Team Go!")
Perhaps one day Lily will be a "Sea-gal," although her father and I have higher aspirations, (you know, rich ,high-powered women running her own accounting firm) Hey, we want to be in a NICE retirement home...
Anyway, tomorrow I am headed off to spend the day with mom, aka, Nana...I'll be there until I head off to my friend Libby's baby shower. She is having a little girl too, naming her Lauren. We have already decided that Lily and Lauren are going to be BFF's, let's hope they like each other in 3 or 4 years!
I also think I have found a way to get to CHA in February...I can afford the tickets, but figuring out what to do with three kiddos is going to be challenging to say the least...let's hope I can get all my ducks in a row in the next couple weeks, otherwise I'll be seeing the CHA releases from my computer like everyone else...:-(
Cross your fingers for me!
