I have the same problem as Julie, I am very good about starting things, a new hobby, a book, etc...and I usually quit halfway through.
Challenge 4 is all about using a song as your inspiration for your page. One song that has been running through my head is a song from the TV show Wow Wow Wubbzy. It's a definite favorite in our house, the songs are so catchy and always have a great message. The ones we love the most are "Don't Lie" "Don't Give Up." and "We're All Together." I chose "We're all Together" for my page because the song speaks about how important it is for us to embrace our own individuality, and how boring our world would be if we were all alike. These are the lyrics to the song:
We're All Together
Lyrics: Bob Boyle / Music: b. Mossman
You are you and there's only one
You are you and that’s what’s fun
We're all different and that is good
Cuz we're all part of the neighborhood
Eric likes turtles and the color blue
He's really nice but he's not like you
Robin likes music and sitting in the pool
The things you like are what make you cool
We’re all together
But we’re not the same
We’re all together
But we are not the same
What fun would it be if you were like me?
There’d be nothin’ to do if I were like you
Kate is Kate and that is great
Pete is Pete and that is neat!
No one’s like Larry
And no one’s like Gus!
Everyone’s different on the planet of us
Like a lemon is different from a lime
And a nickel is different from a dime
Andy’s not Randy
Sandy’s not Mandy
We’re all different and that is dandy!
We’re all together
But we’re not the same
We’re all together
But we’re not the same
What fun would it be if you were like me?
There’d be nothin’ to do if I were like you
We are all together
But we are not the same….
We are all together
But we are not the same….
We are all together
But we are not the same….
We are all together
But we are not the same….
Here is the layout I created:
I love these pictures of Joey, these were taken on picture day in September, and I'm so glad I took them because Mr. Jojo did NOT smile in his school pictures. He is also wearing a sweater made by my mom, his Nana, which he insisted on wearing for picture day because he thought it would be special for Nana to see him in his sweater for his school pictures. Totally his idea, he is so sweet.
So, I am going to continue to plod along on my journey to finishing these challenges, and will share them here as I finish them! And of course, I am doing these as well as DT assignments and other pages too, so in reality I'm doing a lot of scrapping lately!
Awww, thanks mom! Remember when he said, "Ummm, it's kinda scratchy, but I'll get used to it!' hehehe. Love you!

I just saw this, even though you posted it almost two weeks ago! Of course I love the pictures of Joey in his "Cliff Huxtable" sweater - and he IS so sweet to wear it for his Nana. The song is perfect, and as always the layout is awesome! How did I get such a talented daughter? Love, Mom
